MEP15- Can you Pause or take a picture from a movie?

When editing can you take a still frame from a movie? so this is what I want to do; the movie is playing, then it stops/pauses so you can see a picture without taking the picture, just from the movie

It's really hard to explain but if someone knows what I'm talking about then PLEASE help me

Put your red cursor at the postion, from where you want to export a still frame, use Alt+M (BMP) or Alt+N (Jpeg). Store the picture and drag it back to the timeline, e.g. in track 3. Then it will overlay the original video according to its length.
