MEP 12 Pro isn't running right after installation

I get the error message: prtoection dirver is installed, but your system is not restart yet.
restarting doesn't solve the problem.
as soon as i start the program it stalls for a a few seconds ans then switched to not responding.
then the whole system stops responding
i have dual core 9600 2.2GH & 4GB of RAM

This happens on Vista, right?

It's a problem with the authentication of the copy protection. Make sure the program disc resides in your drive and try running the program by right-clicking on it and choosing "Run as Administrator".

If that doesn't help, contact Magix technical support with the problem.

Hi,

Not completely sure what steps you've taken so far, but just running running the Unlockmaster once is not the entire procedure yet. The first code you will be provided with is an ID code that identifies your system. If you followed the procedure, this code has been sent off to Magix now. They will get back to you with a matching unlock, which in turn you will have to put into the Unlockmaster again. That's the final step of the unlock procedure when your program actually gets unlocked. So, just stand by and the issue should be taken care of soon. :-)
