i have lincensed copy of photostory deluxe. when I go to help and ask to download pdf of manuall nothing happens. as new user where else can I go to view manual

Hi,

There is a heading under Photo & Graphics for PhotoStory. Perhaps a Moderator will move this thread.

When you click on download pdf, a window to the Download Manager should open in your web browser for you to get the manual. There is a Captcha that comes with it. Does a window not open in your browser? Which browser do you have by default?

In the meantime, try the other one right at the top of Help, normally F1. Anything there?

I would if I could - the Photostory category is not showing at the moment - @emmrecs can you move the topic or is the category missing for you as well?

I think I already did the move!! Certainly, for me, it's showing as in the Photostory section.

Interesting, as it was still showing under Photo and Graphic Designer this morning - wonder if the change did not commit in the database.

It was in another forum heading, off topic I think, so when I read John's CB comment to move it, I did so into Photostory.
