Hi,

You get a few jump markers and the chapter markers in Movie Edit Pro. If you right-click on them, there's a rename function, which enables you to enter a word or brief phrase that will appear next to the marker in the timeline. It's the same in Video Pro X. This might or might not be sufficient for your needs. Check out the MEP or VPX trial versions on the Magix website and see for yourself.
