Manuel Editing - Audio and video

Hey there, I am new to editing and was hoping someone could assist me? My husband and I recorded ourselves playing video games and I now realise that on his recordings, his voice audio is barely audible however mine is fine. I want to use his video but with my audio but have no idea on how to do that and was hoping someone could maybe give some advice on how I can achieve this? Or even use both of our videos but mute his sound so there is no timing issues.

I hope I am making sense. Help please? :) Thanks in advance.

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. We really do need to know a lot more about your computer in order to be able to offer any advice at all!

However, you do need to be aware that Fastcut is a very basic video editor and what you want to do may not be possible using it. You would be able to achieve rather better results (much more easily, I suspect) if you were using a more highly-featured program, like Movie Edit Pro. (I'm not trying to suggest you must buy MEP but, ultimately, it might be the best option to enable you to do what you want to do.)
