Hi,

Sasiuk on the French forum has published a tutorial containing a very detailed manual on how to capture, edit, mix and master audio for video. I highly recommend it. If your French is not very good or non-existent, try translating it to English.

If anyone wants the fish fillets vst plugins and manual shown but is put off of visiting the download site by the warning that the site is not safe, I have the complete set I can share as it was freeware and to my knowledge has never changed since its release. They still work but there are better alternatives out there.
