Not much to go on with a one line question...

What operating system are you trying to install on and how did you try to install... have you installed all content packs?

I have same problem with Movies on DVD 7.
XP sp3 normal install, everything goes smoothly, but,
After install when I start program it asks for installations disk, Its in but nothing happens, if I klick OK program shuts down, help!

Hi guys,

There's a hardware copy-protection on the discs for these programs. The message you get basically means that it cannot be authenticated properly by the program on the first start of the application. This can happen, even if you do have the correct disc in the drive. There's a tool on the Magix support website in the downloads section called "Unlockmaster". Download and run it, pick your program and request an unlock code for it. You'll have to wait until Magix support gets back to you with the matching unlock code. That will take care of the problem. Or just contact Magix support via the contact form if you need more detailed instructions on this procedure.
