None of these programs work. I've updated all drivers, wrote do Magix, but apparently they cannot solve the problem that LOTS of people have! I wonder WHY these companies sell a product - and some are not cheap at all - if they do not work. It's cheating!

I did it. quite a long time ago, giving ALL details ... no answer so far! Just an email from the "administrator" asking if my problem has been solve. NOPE ! Not solved in any way! that is MAGIX for me! :(

It is better to keep the same problem to one question thread, in this post there was no reference to the fact that you had already posted on this subject or a link to the original post- to which I also posted some suggestions - that is why I asked you to read the link I provided below.
Please check in your Audio settings for Windows that, with the USB device plugged in, it is selected as the recording device - you can find this in Control Panel, Sound and Audio Devices, Audio tab.
When you set RYVT to record both the USB audio and video devices should be selected.
