You registered the software under a wrong e-mail address? Did you also created your user account with this wrong e-mail address?

You can login in your user account on Magix.com. Use the wrong e-mail and your password for login. Then you can change your 'user data'. Change your wrong e-mail to your correct e-mail. Then go to 'my products' and deregister your software. Then try to register it again on your computer,

If this doesn't work you need to contact infoservice@magix.net Send them your order confirmation and tell them you registered the software to the wrong e-mail address. They should be able to change it for you.
