Podczas instalacji program MAGIX Ratuj swoje kasety wideo v.4.0 oraz MAGIX USB-Videowandler 2 na laptopie DELL z systemem Windows Vista zainstalował się bez problemu, ale po wymianie sprzętu DELL na nowszy z systemem Windows 10 wystąpił błąd instalatora rozszerzenia Windows Update 0x80096002 (certyfikat podpisania tej wiadomości jest nieprawidłowy, albo nie można go znaleźć).
