Fast jag har installerat om video saver Magix flera gånger så fungerar inte mitt USB-videowandler längre.

I have tried all variants of installing the software and drivers to my desktop computer with Windows 10. No response from the USB-videowandler.

We need more information - computer specification, Windows version and program full name and version number see this topic for more details of the information required.

Additionally what are the colour and any markings/numbers on the USB video converter.

Thanks for the information - try this driver for Windows 10 it is the 64 bit version for the K0065/67 USB capture device.
