Magix slideshow maker 2

The DVD discs produced on this programme will not play on DVD players , but will only [play on PC or Laptop. I am selecting DVD in the Burn to Disc setup. Can anybody help pleaase. Discs used are DVD-R

Hi,

Are you using slideshow maker 2 or are you using PhotoStory on CD&DVD. Slideshow maker only exports video files, it does not burn a DVD in the format that most DVD players will recognize.You could save it to a DVD but you need to use something like IMGburn to actually burn it.

If you are using PhotoStory, make sure you have set the format for your region ie. PAL for Europe or NTSC for North America.
