I have not been able to access any of my 8 Magix hosted web sites this afternoon or evening. Is it site maintenance? If there is a problem or planned maintenance it would be helpful if Magix can post a message on the Community Forum.

You have posted to a thread which is asking about how to resolve problems accessing a Magix-hosted website, with a rant about registration problems. You also mention studio 17. Is this Movie Studio, part of the Vegas range of products, which have a dedicated forum here?

There were some server issues which have now rectified. My sites are now functioning correctly. Depending on your product I think you may have to contact sales / support for registration help. I am personally not familiar with Studio 17. I use Web Designer Premium version 17.0. I can import MP3 and MP4. Try searching on your product user guide or online for tuition guides?
