Hi, I am experiencing a problem when recording VHS tapes on to pc. The transfer works but sometimes there is a strange beep noise every now and again on the video footage, very random times. Just wondering is anyone having the same problem?

I haven't experienced any noice, but does it sound like maybe the bing you get from working in windows or a noise that the computer normally makes?

I am wondering if the audio recording is maybe recording all sounds made... just a random idea.

Thanks for the reply. No it's not that kind of sound it's like a distortion or something, It seems ok when i'm transferring video at the start but then all of a sudden a sound comes into the recording, like interference just for a second, I thought maybe it was just a tape but seems to happen with any tape I try.
