MAGIX Photo Ultimate 11 won't open on my laptop computer

Every time I open Photo Manager MX Deluxe it says register so I do, Now it says registered too many times. How or who do I call to fix this problem?

I'm working on a Dell Inspiron 15R with windows 8.1

Something is stopping the registration data being retained. This could be due to several causes:-

- Antivirus blocking changes

- the laptop keeps rolling back to a previous System Restore - see next

- Windows incorrectly shutdown eg you just power of the laptop without using the Windows shutdown option.
