magix photo manager 16 deluxe vs slideshow maker 2 and ".PNG" files

I just installed Photo Manager 16 deluxe. It won't display ".PNG" files! ALL my other software does, including Magix Slideshow Maker 2. What gives?!?

I apologize but I also posted this question in the Q&A option from my login page. I'm new here and to Magix .. I've used Pinnacle/Avid and a variety of video/graphics software.

I just don't get why ".PNG" files won't display...

I got the answer from my other post ,, PM16D doesn;t support PNG files .. sigh...
