MAGIX PC CHECK TUNING 2021 instead of my BUNDLE OFFER

This product was installed on my computer when I purchased Music Maker Premium via. the current offer through Magix.com I understood that I was purchasing Music Maker Premium in addition to other programs in this bundle, yet I only received the one serial number for my one copy of Music Maker Premium, to compliment my previously purchased Acid Pro 10 and Melodyne 5. That means I have 3 serial numbers. I did not receive the other products in the bundle I thought I was purchasing, and instead I had this mysterious malware installed, with no serial number available.

I have tried to privately inquire about my purchase, but *nope* there is no service available at this time through Magix, all my tickets were bounced back with an automated message translated in all official languages; so this inquiry goes here for now. Has anyone used this check&tuning software? I use JAM software to try to circumvent the mess MAGIX always leaves my hard drive in with temporary files. Let's talk about it, because I have an update notifier that I've already learned how to clean out myself; however; this is a fresh install of Windows and, personally, I don't want this company dragging my ASUS down.

I am not at all sure what, exactly, you are asking about!

I'm guessing you are concerned about the installation on your computer of Magix PC Check and Tuning 2021. Is that correct? If so, it is offered, as a user-selectable optional add-on when various Magix programs are first installed. Did you check, very carefully, as the installation screens appeared, that you were installing ONLY those items you wanted?

I must confess I always opt to not install it whenever it is offered, but my understanding is that it is removable via Settings>Apps & Features.

I too am waiting a response from Magix, however I do not expect a response within the normal 2-3 days as Germany is in total lockdown at the moment.

What other programs did you purchase in the bundle?

In MMM, after activating the serial number, did you go to the Downloads button at the upper right, click on it and download and install everything?

PC Check & Tuning is on the list when you install. If you don't want it, uncheck it. As far as I know, it's free for about a year, then you have to pay - or uninstall.

I didn't realize I hadn't introduced the serial number to the program yet, and low and behold, the DAW actually does double as a download manager, proceeding to automatically download gigabytes worth of data onto my harddrive as I type this; Sound Forge 12 included. Good looks.
