Magix Online World Registration

HI, I've just signed up for Magix's free hosting.  I think I'm meant to have received a confirmation email but nothing has arrived yet.  I can log into my support area and I think I can also FTP up, although I uploaded an index.html to my domain but I still get a 'web site under construction' type message, so I don;t know what is going wrong there.  Basically should I have got an email and did it contain something important that I'm required to act on?  If so then how do I get Magix to resend it? Cheers.

*EDIT* Just sent Magix Support a query about this.

Hi,

normally you should get an welcome email with an activation link (free accounts must be activated within 4 days).
You should check your Spam or Junkmail folder.

If you upload your web page to the free hosting space, your page should be live in time. You can open it with your Magix subdomain http://xyz.magix.net / public Check this out for more information: http://www.magix-online.com/uk/domain-email/assigning-domains.3742.html

Here you can find more help: http://www.magix-online.com/uk/help-support.1499.html

If you have more questions don't hesitate to ask us (but please always as new questions )

Best, André

I wish to cancel my contract, which is due to auto-renew at the end of December. Where can I find the Online Contract Termination Form, which is mentioned in Section 12.3 of Magix Website Maker - Terms and Conditions ?

@jsimm026

Why have you posted your question to a thread which is more than 8 years old? Please do not attempt to resurrect such old threads, but rather start a new one with your question.

However, if you go to this page, section 12.3, there is a clickable link called "contract cancellation". The link leads to the form you want. (I've just checked this and the form is there.)
