@elvis-t5033

Hi

This is a Windows issue, possibly a failed update, do the following:

  1. Check for any failed updates in Windows settings, Windows update, Update history for any failed update.

  2. Check your system for malware - I use Malwarebytes, the home version should be enough available here.

  3. Check that the Windows system is not in an undesired state following steps 3 - 11 in this tutorial.

  4. If the above do not fix the issue see this article and this article.

The specification of your computer system is incomplete, please include the Windows version and quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop. See this topic for what is required.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
