MAGIX fails to export whole movie

Hi,

I've posted this question before but cant seem to find it on the forum now to see if anyone replied?

When exporting a movie as a WMV the progress bar suddenly shoots off to complete after a slow beginning, opening the WMV I find dont have the whole movie.

I have unchecked the 'Export only between markers' option and have, for good measure selected all the movie.

The exported movie does not always seem to truncate at the same spot.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Steve

I have no idea of what causes this, but have you checked, that there are no 'black openings' between 2 scenes ? Have you exported successfully before, as WMV or other formats ? I have seen files where the first and/or last frame of a scene is only a part of a total frame.

Wednesday evening:
Some years ago I had problems with my tape-based DVcamera. I had got Timecode break on the band, without knowing it. Making a DVD, the rendering stopped (Not Magix). After a long search, I found the reason, and had to capture the video from the camera in 2 sections, jumping over the Timecode break.
