Good afternoon, I can only grab/record VHS video stream with option VERY HIGH resolution quality. I want to use the option HIGH only. Using VERY HIGH it records and it shows up on the timeline. Using HIGH nothing happens or shows up on the timeline.

What can be wrong?

PC environment:

Laptop Lenovo L470 with Windows 10 64bit – Intel i5 processor and 8 GB RAM

Terratec Grabster AV300MV for Windows

Magix Easy Terratec Edition
