Hi

We need more information:

  1. Computer specification - processor make/model, audio chipset, RAM, hard drive size and free space

  2. Windows version and is it up to date?

  3. What is the VPX version number as found under Help, About . . .

  4. Do you have Quicktime installed - if not depending on your version of VPX it is not necessary?

Sorry about that.

VPX Version = 15.0.3.144 (UDP3)

Quicktime = yes

O/S = Win 10. Yes, it is up to date.
