Loss of Thumbnail Gallery Graphics when posted to the web...........

Hi Guys (Please be advised that I have also emailed 'premiumsupport@magix.net' with this same query)

I updated my App to Xara Web Designer Premium 18.5.0.62892 DL x64 Aug 11 2021 on 20th Sep 2021 before updating a webpage at http://www.herefordshire4x4response.org/news_2021.htm which displays ok.

Later, I viewed one of the Gallery pages http://www.herefordshire4x4response.org/gallery103.htm from this same amended version to find that this page and all the other Gallery pages have lost their graphics when posted. They have all displayed correctly at TSOHost previously.

I have a pre update page (an earlier backup) on your own server at http://ff6tph.xara.hosting/gallery103.htm which shows that it was working as required at this time…..

The App on my PC which is now at version Xara Web Designer Premium 18.5.0.62892 DL x64 Aug 11 2021 is showing all graphics as it should (and has NOT been amended at all !) but these seem not to be posting correctly (if at all !) to my host of choice with TSO.

Can you advise what is wrong please? I am happy to share any files with you should this be required…………….just let me know.

This is a public, user to user forum, so personal details like home address, email address, phone numbers etc., should never be posted here! Hence I have rather drastically edited your post, with apologies!

I can't access your Gallery page, or indeed any part of your website it seems, receiving a 404 Page not found error. presumably you have removed it in order to try and find the problem.

Thank you for your concern and very acceptable edits. I had meant to remove all these prohibited bits having done a 'copy all' & 'paste' of my email to 'premiumsupport@magix.net'........and in my frustration, I forgot...silly me!

PS; Where the hell is there a direct link to Magix support to open a ticket? I just keep going around in loops trying to find anything and even struggle to find any application links to the Xara Web Designer Premium App proper, it seems not to be mentioned anywhere on the support pages.
