Any suggestions on where to easily find website mobile variants templates? The Online Content Catalog search is poorly designed and there doesn't seem to be a way to filter just these particular templates.

You have posted your question under Photo and Graphic Designer, however the post appears to refer to a feature of Xara Web Designer or Xara Designer Pro - which product do you have?
If using Xara Designer Pro or Web Designer then I would advise you to read the manual section Responsive web design, in particular the Creating RWD Websites from templates and Creating RWD Websites from existing sites sections.
There may be a link to download the manual under Help in the program or in the email confirming purchase of the product.
