I'm going to guess this is a question about Acid Planet. Is that correct?

If so, you need to be aware that AP was closed by Magix several years ago, about 2017 I think. If you do a forum search for "Acid Planet" you will find a number of posts on this, including some which link to a backup which was made of some of the AP content, I understand.
