Local design gallery

Please advise how to download the local design gallery as every time I try i get server error. This is not the first time that happens.

it happened months ago when upgrading from version 16 to 17 and now that i change to another laptop my second unit to develop sites. Please fix this dam issue is unacceptable to have this ordeal every time.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

I believe a number of other users have experienced similar problems of accessing galleries but the only advice I can offer is to raise a Support Ticket and ask why this problem is happening.

One thought: is it possible that your Antivirus and/or Firewall is blocking access to the Magix server? There have been a number of posts about this where the "culprit" was either AV or Firewall or even Windows Defender, which seems, by default, to put the user's "Documents" folder behind a barrier, theoretically to prevent the chances of Ransomware being downloaded. If this is the situation for you, you will need to tell the specific blocking program to allow contact with the Magix or Xara servers.
