Like most Magix products, I don't think the designers have to use this for a living. Not user friendly at all. As with everything I've ever purchased that was made from these people.

I'm using Movie Edit Pro.  In the time line I wish to shrink the time line to fit the page.  Should be a simple one click and done.  Not so easy.

Anyone know how to do this.

Hi there,

The button to optimize the timeline view and make the entire movie duration fit onto one page can be found in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. It's next to the plus/minus buttons for horizontal zooming. Not sure what version of Movie Edit Pro you're using, but in version 12 the button just says "Fit", while in version 14 it depicts a little double-ended arrow. You could also use the hotkey for this function, which is CTRL+8. That will get the job done.

I hope this helps.

Also on the slider bar at the bottom if you grab the ends and pull, it will stretch or squish the timeline In Movie Edit Pro 14 & 14+
