lightsaber effects

any one know if the program has any effects, i knew of a programe the could follow a stick and replace it with a light saber which was pretty cool can this by any chance?

I'm afraid that's not possible in Movie Edit Pro. What you're looking for is a fully featured video effects and compositing solution, possibly combined with specialized equipment. $90 are probably not going to cut it here.
