Hi

. . . . Lexibook DJ018SP camera via USB port but the PC does not recognise it . . . .

Does the camera appear in Windows Explorer when plugged in and turned on?

Does the camera appear in Windows Device Manager ?  It may appear under Imageing devices. If it is detected, but has an issue, then there will be a yellow icon against it.

I would also suggest you contact Lexibook support to see if there are Windows 10 drivers available.

Hi.

I have checked for the latest software version on Lexibook website, but I could not find any specific to Windows 10.

Should I remove the MAGIX Photo Manager 10 version 8.0.2.193 or the driver does not work without it?

I'm confused, it looks like a simple device but it's too complicated.

Thanks

I have resolved the problem. When you put the disc in and instal the driver a folder will be created. My was created on my desktop it is called C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Dual Mode Camera click into it and click the first icon. I little strange interface will pop up, hit the download images button, wait a min and wala the pics will be there. Just save them to a folder of your choice
