It has been more than late for the new version of Xara Designer Pro. So is it late or Never. Why are you selling this software when you have no intention of updating it?
You have been previously advised that these are user to user forums, so no-one who posts here has any control at all over when/if new versions are released. Nor can they answer your question about still selling it!
I realise this is not what you want to hear but the only advice I can offer is that you email your question to infoservice@magix.net and ask them.
Since there is really no point in continuing this thread it will be closed.
