Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

The interface language of any app is normally set by the default language of the host computer, though the install does usually offer the opportunity for the user to select a different one, if available.

So, are you using a "Spanish" version of Windows? If so, that is why your program has installed in that language. In which case your only choice, I think, is to completely uninstall the program (this tutorial gives you a lot of information on how to ensure everything is removed) and then attempt a reinstall, ensuring you choose English as the language.
