"korg triton 64bit vstplugin" can someone help me..!!

hi everyone, I purchased this vst plugin "korg triton 64bit" unfortunately acid pro 9 doesn't load it ... or better .. it doesn't show me the graphics of the plugin .. what can it be? in other daw it works very well .. can someone help me? Thank you

I have downloaded the demo of this awesome vst synth i use the vst3 plugin I've noticed that a the computer has to connect to net the synth will open the synth properties box without working. This was fixed by making sure the korg could connect in the background to verify plugin(not sure if purchased version needs to)

Also when the computer is online i noticed the the plugin property box will open but the interface will take longer than most to load but it does load....

I'm trying to download the demo. I get the yellow bar showing a download. Then I don't know what to do next. Can you help please?
