K0065 Magix USB converter not recognised by Windows 10

Hi,

I'm using "Rescue Your Video Tapes", with the black K0065 USB video converter dongle.

It's not recognised by windows 10. Device manager shows an error. I found an older post with a 32 bit driver, but is there a new, Win 10 compatible 64 bit driver available for download? The driver on the provided DVD doesn't work, as noted above.

Thanks for your help,

Rob

Hi

. . . . I found an older post with a 32 bit driver, but is there a new, Win 10 compatible 64 bit driver available for download? . . . .

That depends on which version of Rescue your video tapes you have and if it is 32 bit or 64 bit.

If the program is 32 bit ie installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\ then you need the 32 bit driver from here.

If the program is 64 bit, AFAICS, there is no 64 bit driver for the K0065, however the K0067 driver may work.
