just installed slide_show maker2 won't open

I just installed "MAGIX slideshow_maker2" one my machine which runs Windows 2000 server SP4. The icon is on the desktop, but it does not respond, Neither does the program under the "Start" menu. What do you suggest? Is it a conflict with the OS?

I would think so... its only for Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), Windows XP.

I am not sure any of the titles worked on the server editions of Windows.
