Jerky Video On Playback

I have both the trial version of Movie Edit Pro Plus 15 & 16 on my computer. When I export a movie in the Movie Edit Pro Plus 15 it plays fine. When I export the same movie in Movie Edit Pro Plus 16 the playback is jerky and jump back and forth between frames. This only happens in the Movie Edit Pro Plus 16 version. The movie was shot with a Kodak Zi8 @ 720p and 60 fps. I exported the movie in AVI format. The export settings were the same on both 15 & 16. My computer is an Intel Core 2 Quad with 4 gigs of ram. My operating system is windows XP Pro. What causes this?

All I can think of is that you had your output resolution set higher then your computer could handle. Get more ram and that may help in the future. You can set your display resolution --- File,Settings, Program settings, Video/Audio , Movie Display (set to "half-resolution). I have a similar configuration for computer and was surprised when it had a hard time displaying the image in high-res.
