Did you "load" the soundpools into the media pool by clicking on the "Add Styles" link?

What Procyon said. Make sure your program is *not* in "Easy" mode, via the switch in the upper left-hand corner of the Music Maker program window. Also, I'd recommed cleaning out the current soundpool database first: Open the program settings ("Y" key) and reset the entire soundpool database, so it appears completely empty again. Then use the "Add styles" button on the soundpool manager to locate the soundpool directory on your hard drive and read the files into the soundpool database.

Hi,

I had faced the same problem but learned some thing and for other I made a pdf file. I have used more images than text so anyone can understand easily.
