Issue with .web file

I just went to open a file I was working on yesterday and am now getting an issue where the .web is reporting an error

This has been fine for weeks and now this.

Have I lost all of my work?

Try restarting the computer - Windows icon, Power icon, Restart - you may have an update pending.

If that fails try disabling your Antivirus completely to see if this is blocking the program accessing the folder.

I have done all of the above. There is no issue with access to the file.

Anti virus is not effecting it as I can access other .web files.

I am fully competent when it comes to pcs and and applications. It is not a PC/AV or access issue.

This is down to the .web file

Do you have a backup or backups of the file?

this was the latest version I was working on. I have previous backups from the week before and they open as expected from the same location

This sounds like the file is corrupted.
