I get this error below and not sure how to resolve as new user? photostore 2015 deluxe.

  I made a dvd burnt to disk great now i  want to upload to fb& ytube this will not work get error below I reset settings to default opened a travel template no photos added and tried to upload to FB & ytube same error message? any advice to resolve

Everytime I try to export a video to youtube a window pops up and say an error has ocurred during export with an external video codec. Please check the export settings (resolution, framerate, etc.) and make changes if necessary. If problems persist, it is recommened to restore to default settings.
