Is your question not being answered?

Time to resurrect this post....

Hi,
I see many are getting frustrated with their question not being answered. Please be patient - there are many questions and only a few who answer. Many times the question has already been answered and a search of previous questions may turn up what you need. After answering the same question several times - it gets hard to do it again.

Also check out the Show and Discuss section, many people have created videos on how to use certain Magix products - this can be very helpful. WEBGUY has created videos like this: http://www.magix.info/us/member/profile/webguy/media/ and even has tutorials on his blog: http://www.intheviewfinder.blogspot.com

Lastly check out the Groups; there are groups for most products and your issue might be addressed. Many questions have been solved for Music Maker here: http://www.magix.info/us/music-making-tips-tricks-and-how-to.groups.61.html

Thanks for your patience,
Justin

Good call, Justin.

I lot of knowledge has already been accumulated here. The search function might answer many question being posted here quite often. There is only a relatively small number of people actually answering question (and doing so on a regular basis). I also don't get around to it as much anymore, as I just don't find the time to do so. But the point is that there are a lot of existent resources out there.

Also, I see a lot of question here that rather belong into technical support and can be dealt with more effectively there. So, if your question is specifically about a Magix program and specifically about what appears to be a technical problem, you might want to contact Magix technical support. On the support website, you have an option to get e-mail support:

http://support.magix.net

The community is probably better for usage-related question, beginner questions and general multimedia and computer topics. It could be great for the discussion of workflows and the creative process, even though it doesn't seem to be used for this purpose a lot.

P.S.: @bertroda: If I can dig up your ticket here on the most recent pages, I will see whether I can help you out.

Thank You NoTurning! Also when you ask a question, give as much detail as you can. The more information we have, the better we can answer you. ;-)
