Is VEGAS Pro 13 high DPI aware?

I have VEGAS Pro 13 running on a Surface Book with a 4K monitor on the docking station.  The program is completely unusable on high DPI monitors (the Surface Book's main monitor is also high resolution at 3K x 2K).

Does VEGAS Pro 14 run on high DPI monitors?

I would like to upgrade to version 14 if that is the case.
