Hi. I use ADOBE PREMIER ELEMENTS for video editing. I'm in the process of wanting to purchase software to convert my old VHS movies. Presume this MAGIX product simply does this??? I can save the files to my documents/videos easily etc???

Rescue Your Videotapes comes with a USB adaptor and cables that allows you to connect your VHS player to the computer and the program that comes with the product allows you to record (in real-time) the content of the tape. The recording is going straight to the hard drive thus, it can be edited by any software, but the software that comes with the product is also a simplistic editor.
Rescue Your Videotapes is pretty simple actually, I didn't need any documentation to get it up and recording for myself, but it does come with video and written documentation... plus you have this website for questions and answers :)
