Is there supposed to be a pause button?

Hi I use a second monitor for Movie Studio 2023 Plat play back, which really does not mater, whether on 1 or a 2nd monitor the playback controls seems to be lacking a pause button.

Hi Gid thanks for your reply, unfortunately mine does not do that, might have at one time. i even tried resetting to default. mine becomes a solid block and what is frustrating is if i click it , it goes back to where i started the vid at and i have lost the place i wanted to stop at in the video.

@Bill-the-repair-guy That might be the 2023 version, I don't have that to check, mine is 2024.

if i click it , it goes back to where i started the vid

Did you change this setting in your previous post?

Hi,

In 2023, the playback button changes to a square during playback, that is all. Don't expect to see it when nothing is being played back.

Stop=Pause. There is nothing else. Or, just press the spacebar to play, spacebar to stop.

@Bill-the-repair-guy

Hi Bill.

There are two basic tools you can use to produce a PiP in the effects section. The Size Position Rotation and Section. Both allow their sizes to be altered in either direction without being linked. They are linked by default but can be unlinked.
