Is it possible to download a Portuguese of Eglsih version of the Instruction Manual for the Video Deluxe 17HD?

I believe that the product Video Deluxe is called Movie Edit Pro in North America. There maybe subtle differences with the German and other versions as there are I am sure different license restrictions and the video standards for Europe is PAL (25fps) and in North America the standard is NTSC (29.97fps).

The link above is for the download of the Movie Edit Pro 17 HD Plus. The Plus version does have more features than the standard Movie Edit Pro 17 HD.
