Is it possible to create funny voices with Magix Music Maker?

We are preparing to do some video work that will include original music, puppets, and hopefully some cartoon style voices. Is it possible to create the voices with Magix Music Maker (Producer version) so that we can simply record dialogue in a normal voice and modify it for use in the video? If so, how?

Oh yeah... Magix is well suited for this. You have the drag and drop effects (from the tap at the bottom) that make cool robot voices or underwater sounds. You can also change the pitch and make the voices higher or lower and use your EQ to change the character of the voices. There is a lot you can do.

I have really enjoyed the text to speech option where you can get a basic computerized voice translation from something you have typed in, then apply various effect as NoTurning has suggested, the Vocorder in particular is very interesting for choral sing songy computereze ;-)
