Is it possible to capture a single image in Video Pro X2

Is it possible while editing a video to capture a still or save the image as a still ?

Assuming it is the same as MEP -

Position the timeline cursor at the point where you want the single image from, select File,Export Movie, Single frame as jpg.

Set your options and export.
