iPod Nano Problems

Muffin Music Finder "shows" me the songs that are "supposed" to be downloaded to my iPod Nano . . but NOTHING shows up in my Nano?!??! This is very disappointing . . . especially since I just purchased your software for $20.00 >>> Where I do go on your web site to enable your software to talk to my iPod Nano?

Please advise!

Hi,

first: This is not the Magix support site - we are users and probably sometimes also Magix people.

What version of iTunes do you have? I know the problem and can tell you that this is not a Magix problem. If you use iTunes 7.4 or higher you will have received a forced firmware update from Apple. This firmware is disabling any kind of other software in combination with Apple hardware. Means you can only use iTunes anymore to upload songs. That is the way of "open" attitude of Apple. :-(
