Hi

. . . . Magic Photo Deluxe . . .

Do you mean Photostory Deluxe or Photo Manager Deluxe and which version?

The full name and version number can be found under Help, About in the program

Hi

See here for the file formats that Photo Manager supports.

If you are referring jpg images then they are supported, however support for iPhone video may not be supported

I'm having a hard time downloading pictures from iPhone onto this program. Does it only read cards? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and yes I watched the tutorial...many many times.

Hi

Assuming that you have connected the iPhone to the PC before starting Photo Manager, does it appear in the list of device to import from in the Import dialog in Photo Manager as shown in the tutorial?

If not how are you connecting the iPhone to the PC?

I'm connecting via usb port. I'm running Lightroom software to convert iPhone photos to jpeg files before trying to upload to Manager Photo Deluxe. Still upload is dicey. My wife's phone has about 3000 pictures I have to deal with. I was hoping I could get it done with your software... and yes the iPhone appears in window, but only sometimes.
