MP3 encoder pro says I have 19 free encodings left. I have activated this product already. Now when I put in the activation code to reactivate it it says invalid code. I tried to complete the reactivation online and got the same result. Attached is my activation notice for this product. Please provide me with the appropriate information to reactivate MP3 encoder pro.
