I'm having trouble visualizing what you have. Could you please explain in more detail? What introduction? How did you add the music?

Can you please post a screen shot of the interface in Timeline mode, expanded vertically to see all tracks?

Also, indicate the version of PhotoStory that you are using. It would be helpful for the future if you could add information about your hardware and operating system to your signature. See mine for an example.

In addition to the excellent advice from @browj2 I suspect you are working in Storyboard mode. If so, switch to Timeline mode, hold down the Shift key and click the first and last images, you can then drag the start of your first image to be wherever you want it to be in relation to the music track and all the others will also move along with it, whilst maintaining their relative positions and timings.
