There is insufficient information for us to help you - we need more information:

  1. Which version of VPX?
     
  2. Was the update working before?
     
  3. Which Windows version you are using?
     
  4. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 and was VPX instaled before the upgrade?
     
  5. Which Firewall software do you have installed - if part of your Antivirus package which one?
     
  6. Your computer specification?

Hi

Ican not reinstall the program video delux 2014.

1 I use version Video Delux 2014. The program has not been updated.
2 I using Windows Vista.
3 windows firewall and antivirus with Virgin Media.
Today installed the program, wanting to install it again but it was impossible.
All  other programs are working very well
